    We are a "Power Only" trucking division shipping nationwide.  Owner Operators leased to Balkan/R&R Express do not need trailers...we ship trailers from one point to another.  Our customers include van line companies, trailer manufacturers and dealers, container transporters, etc.  Our Owner Operators are staying loaded between 85% to 88% of the time and their average earnings are between $0.91 and $0.95 per mile.


    We offer:


    Linehaul pay of 72% or an $0.86 per mile minimum. Fuel Surcharge paid (avg. $0.18 to $0.24 per mile)  Trip advances for fuel purchases (50% of total pay)  2nd day Trip Pak for sending paperwork to us.  Same day pay...loaded on your comcard or company check mailed home.  Truck legalization packakage including IRP, SSR, IFTA, transporter plates.  No Escrow, no bond account and NO UPFRONT MONEY!


    You shoud:


    Be 25 years old. MUST have 3 years over the road verifiable experience within the last 4-5 years.  Have a current DOT physical.  Have a late model tracter, preferably less than 10 years old.  MUST have headache rack, chains, binders and straps.  Have Bobtail (Physical Damage) coverage.  Have a long slide 5th wheel. Some kind of electronic communication...cell phone.


    At Balkan Express, we realize you have a choice of carriers.  While most companies recognize shippers as their customer, we recognize Owner Operators as our customers.
